Only one day left to win a piece of free software history in the silent auction
We're thrilled to see many free software enthusiasts participate in the Silent Memorabilia Auction. We look forward to seeing the plush gnus, the VT220, the Dynamic Duo poster, the Amiga 3000UX, and so many more iconic free software memorabilia find a new home with you.
We just opened the last memorabilia for bidding. Among them are the Plush wildebeest from Safe Our Space (SOS) that has been greeting visitors in the lobby of the FSF office for years; the Association la Colombe pour la promotion du logiciel libre plague that was presented Richard Stallman in 2016 on the occasion of a conference in Tanger; and a pencil drawing of a gnu grooming a dog -- a must-have for dog and freedom lovers!
You still have one day to try your luck and obtain a one-of-a-kind piece of free software history. This is the first auction the FSF has hosted in the forty years of our history: exclusive items are up for grabs!

The silent auction will be followed by a virtual live auction this Sunday, March 23, 14:00 EDT (18:00 UTC), and judging from the registrations, this will be an exceptional experience! Review the FSF Memorabilia Live Auction Booklet to learn about the prestigious items that will be up for auction on Sunday and -- if you haven't done so yet -- don't forget to register to secure a spot.
No matter how you participate in one or both auctions, you can rest assured that all proceeds from both auctions will go towards the FSF's continued work to promote computer user freedom worldwide.
